2400 DPI optical resolution, 48-bit color, ADF, and duplex scanning, for under 300$US. It sounds great - But don't be fooled, this scanner is evil! We strongly recommend avoiding this scanner. It is one of the few TWAIN scanners that we officially do not support. Use at your own risk. |

| TWAIN features: | HP has released three different TWAIN drivers for this scanner, presumably in a vain attempt to make it usable as a TWAIN scanner. If you want to try them, the download page for English-speaking customers running Windows XP is here. The three drivers are: 1. Standard in-box ScanJet TWAIN driver 2. "Alternative Minimum TWAIN drivers" 3. "Pixel Translations TWAIN driver" |
